Yukiko Ochiai joined Grey in 2011 as a Group Account Director to lead the P&G Fabric and Home Care accounts -- Joy, Febreze, Bold and Lenor/Lenor Happiness. She has demonstrated strong leadership and devoted efforts to provide excellent services and has become Chief Operating Officer in July 2015, and in January 2018 she became the President and CEO of the company.
Her career in advertisement started on P&G hair care - Vidal Sassoon, Herbal Essences, Head & Shoulders and has led beauty care accounts of SK-II, Max Factor & Illume.
Her vast experience working on numerous accounts are Philip Morris, Parliament, Virginia Slims, Symantec Norton, Blackberry, Coca Cola Japan, Kellogg’s, Kraft Japan.
Raised in New Jersey, America until graduating from high school, and has moved to Tokyo Japan and graduated from Hitotsubashi University.

With coherence, adaptability and agility as his credo, Tsutomu Kumakura contributed to the financial performance of Grey Japan and has never failed to surpass the Q3RF commitments every year, since he joined Grey in 2011.
His career in financial management began from affiliate of Exxon in Japan, the largest oil company in the world. After serving as SVP in charge of Finance at the Japanese subsidiary of Sony Pictures Entertainment, one of major Hollywood studios, his latest position (before Grey) was at Baroque, a Japanese young female apparel company where he was responsible for helping the company go public by business expansion in Japan and further to Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China and improvement in accuracy and speed of financial reporting.

Yasushi Ogata, VP Executive Creative Director, started out his career as a copywriter for an advertising production company.
He further developed the career at Leo Burnett, Ogilvy & Mather, DDB and joined GREY Worldwide Inc. in 2014.
His involvement in advertisement has wide ranged client list of McDonald's, Philip Morris, P&G, Financial Times, IBM, SAP, Northwest Airlines, Motorola, American Express, Unilever, Phillips, Lipton, Volkswagen, Volvo, Pringles and more.
In July 2015, promoted to VP, Executive Creative Director.
Maximizing his extensive experience, Ogata is currently undertaking the task of further improving creative excellency of the company.

Having led 15 countries & areas in Asia Pacific region for P&G Hair-Care Brand; Pantene as regional brand leadership from GREY ASIA PACIFIC HEADQUATER in Singapore since 2011, relocated to Tokyo in July 2017.
He is expanding his territory and has become the “Chief Growth Officer” of the company as well as “Strategist”, who builds brands strategically and designs holistic communication in touchpoint free manner based on choiceful core idea. Daigo Hayamizu worked at Grey from 2001 to 2010 and returned in January 2017, after expanding expertise for 3 years at Google.
Leveraging variety of clients and industry experiences, he actively explores new business opportunities and expands service territory in digital communication. As a Group Account Director for P&G Fabric & Home Care in the previous Grey career, he showed strong leadership in brand building and creating successful campaigns. He led the “I wish I could wash” campaign for Febreze which won the P&G’s best global campaign award in 2010.
His experience is wide ranged from P&G, McDonald’s, Danone, Taisho Pharmaceutical, Asics and more throughout working at several agencies. At Google from 2013 to 2016, he engaged in empowerment of communication planning with digital solutions for Japan’s top advertisers in FMCG industry.
With MBA at Wichita State University, he started the career as a SAP consultant at PwC and moved to ESPN, I&S/BBDO, and beacon communications to build his expertise in communication and creative development. He also has experience of a marketing manager at an apparel manufacturer.
Rui Nago joined Grey in 2010. He has handled numerous campaigns such as P & G Fabreze “Family with Passion", Joy "Challenge Joy", Pantene "GO FOR BEAUTIFUL", insight digging, product concept , brand strategy and creative strategy planning and communication strategy development.
He also contributes in acquisition of numerous new business with insight-driven strategies and unique creative ideas that help to resolve client’s business challenges.
Coauthor of the book "Comprehensive Course of Advertising Participants (Nikkei Advertising Research Institute). He is also a lector of several domestic universities and advertising courses.
He has also history of releasing three CDs from a major record label.
