Rolf joined Grey Denmark in October 2011, after having spent more than 17 years in various media agencies as Media Planner, Client Service Director, and Managing Director.
Prior to joining Grey, Rolf was Managing Director of Aegis Media in Aarhus, covering Carat, Vizeum, Deep Blue, Isobar, and iProspect, and was co-founder of the media agency that Aegis bought back in 2003 to build a position in Aarhus. Rolf has worked with many different national and international brands during his career in almost every business sector, from retail chains, finance, and furniture to kitchens, cars, travel, airlines, and web portals.
Rolf is married to a Norwegian and has three children, plus a very energetic hunting dog. He is a passionate hunter and fisherman, and please don't disturb him when Manchester United is playing!
Jesper Møller is responsible for the daily operation of UncleGrey, Aarhus, and part of the management team at UncleGrey Denmark.
Jesper joined UncleGrey in 2014. He has eight years of experience from the global media agency network Dentsu Aegis as Director at Vizeum Danmark, and before that, was Client Service Director at Carat. Jesper has a Master of Science from Aarhus School of Business and London School of Economics.
In addition to his managerial role, Jesper is also responsible for building and managing our client’s business through strategy and leadership.
Jesper currently works for clients such as KIA, Jem & Fix (DIY), and Waoo! (telcom). He has previously worked with clients such as Reebok, Mattel, Nordisk Film Distribution, Bolia, Kohberg, Fleggaard, Bestseller, and Cimber Sterling airlines.
Lars established the first communications planning department in the Nordics at Mediaedge:cia, and grew the department to become the largest communications planning entity in the Nordics.
In 2009, he was asked to join UncleGrey as Managing Director. In his first years there, the agency was awarded several Cannes Lions and eurobest awards. In 2010, UncleGrey was selected as Creative Agency of the Year in Denmark.
In 2011, the agency was merged with Grey Copenhagen and he took on the role of Chief Strategic Officer as well as Head of Digital. In that role, he has been part of teams that have won international recognition by winning both gold and silver Cannes Lions as well as several D&AD Pencils and European Effies. Furthermore, the agency was named Digital Agency of the Year in Denmark in 2012.
In 2012, he was asked to join the Grey EMEA team as Digital Strategic Director, collaborating with teams across the region.
In 2013, he completed his MBA thesis at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership with a focus on establishing more innovative and dynamic ways to work with creativity.
In recent years, the agency has been awarded several prestigious awards from the IPA, Euro Effies, and WARC, making UncleGrey the destination for clients that are looking for Famously Effective work.
Martin Peters Ginsborg was named Executive Creative Director of UncleGrey in 2018, and has been charged with developing creative excellence of the agency’s two offices in Denmark, as well as strengthening collaboration among agencies across the Nordic region.
Formerly, Martin was Partner and Executive Creative Director of Anomaly Amsterdam. There he helped the agency build a strong European presence and win several global accounts, such as Diesel, Johnnie Walker, and IKEA. Anomaly was named Agency of The Year by AdAdge in 2017.
Spending the majority of his career in New York, Martin has over the past decade worked as Creative Director, Copy Monger, and Gun-for-Hire at a number of global agencies, like Anomaly New York, Grey New York, Saatchi, McGarryBowen, BBDO, Barkley, and McCann.
Over the years, he has helped shape the communication of Fortune 500 companies and global brands like Carlsberg, Johnnie Walker, Marriott, Diesel, Converse, Bolia, Captain Morgan, Budweiser, NFL, Verizon, Reebok, Weber, and Time Warner.
Martin’s work has been recognized by a range of industry award shows, like Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and ADC. Outside the industry, his film work has also been featured and awarded at CPH:DOX, Athens Short Film Festival, Encounters Film Festival and Sydney World Film Festival.
Martin is also a passionate baker of Danish Rugbrød [ˈʁuˌbʁœðˀ], and an ordained minister with a license to officiate ad hoc weddings.
Josephine joined UncleGrey five years ago, and is responsible for the operations in Copenhagen and client services across both Copenhagen and Aarhus.
Prior to joining UncleGrey, Josephine worked eight years at Bates Y&R, both as a Producer and Account Manager. While working full-time at Bates Y&R, Josephine completed a Marketing Diploma in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
In 2013, Josephine joined UncleGrey, where she grew from being an Account Director to a Client Service Director and is now Director of Operations and Client Services. Josephine has handled a lot of clients, and is today, among others, responsible for UncleGrey’s largest account, Bolia.com.
Charlotte joined Grey Denmark in 2003 after finishing a Master of Science in Design and Communication from Copenhagen Business School. She started her career in the planning department and moved into an Account Manager position in 2004.
In 2008, Charlotte took an Account Director role and later became Client Service Director at the agency, working with some of the largest clients such as Fakta, Cristiano Ronaldo for JBS, ONLY, and Weber EMEA. Over the years, Charlotte has been part of teams that have won international recognition by winning both Gold and Silver Cannes Lions, IPA Gold, and several D&AD Pencils, and European Effies.
In 2018, she moved into a new role as Director of Operations and Client Services and is responsible for operations and new business across both Copenhagen and Aarhus. Furthermore, Charlotte still leads some of the agency’s largest clients such as Somersby Global, Fakta, and Weber Global.
Lars Dyhr is UncleGrey’s newly appointed Executive Creative Director of Design, and with good reason. Lars brings many years of deep-rooted experience with design in many forms, from co-founding Dansk Magazine in 2002 and FAT Magazine in 2010, to founding LOW Design Studio in 2014 and acting as its Creative Director.
Lars has worked with an impressive and diverse client list, some of which include: Adidas, Pandora, Möet et Chandon, Hay, Louis Poulsen, and many more.
Alongside his work with design, Lars has an entrepreneurial spirit, which led to him co-founding trunkarchive.com—a high-end stock photo agency based in NYC—in 2008, and co-founding the 12.16 bicycle clothing brand in 2014.
Frederik joined Greyworks in April 2015, coming from a five-year run as Client Services Director with Havas Copenhagen.
Frederik has run numerous local and international brands like Sony, AkzoNobel, Procter & Gamble, FIAT, Diageo, Reckitt Benckiser, L'Oreal, Novozymes, Sanofi, and many more, and has worked with virtually all imaginable marketing disciplines.
Starting out as a researcher in the shopper marketing agency 141 Denmark, he spent five years in IT, running LaCie Denmark into a period of historical growth. He returned to advertising and headed the Danish Leo Burnett transition into X2M (now Prodigious), and co-founded his own creative shop.
Frederik has an educational background in Marketing Economy and a degree in Strategic Marketing from the UK. He was and is a true marketing Swiss knife, a sucker for unconventional ideas and strong insights, and a huge fan of simplicity in communications.
His better half and their two children take up much of his time that would otherwise be spent on even more sailing, skiing, playing tennis, or riding his vintage Vespa.
