John has over 25 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, Digital, Social, Public Relations, Media, Product Development and Launch, Events and Activation. He has worked for brands from the FMCG, Food, QSR, Banking, Technology, Telecommunications and Healthcare industries.
He started his career in PAC/BBDO, after which he moved to Batey Ads, Image Dimensions and FCB Manila. John joined DDB Group Philippines in 2008 to set up Tribal DDB Philippines, the digital agency of the DDB Group. John led his young digital team in creating innovative digital work for Smart Communications, PLDT-Smart Foundation, Maybelline, Mang Inasal, CignalTV and J&J. He also worked with the regional RADAR team (social media consultancy) for the development of Smart Communication’s social media strategy and programs.
John, as Group Managing Director, led the agency in winning the pitch for the JFC-Mang Inasal business. Under his leadership, the team developed campaigns that helped the brand register double-digit growth for 36 months.
Prior to Grey, John was also part of Team Philippines that won the bid for the hosting of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023. He worked closely with Samahang Basketbol Ng Pilipinas (SBP) for the creation of the bid’s vision, strategy, campaign, bid kits and presentations.
Before Campaigns & Grey, Eugene Demata was the Executive Creative Director of Tribal Worldwide Philippines and DM9JaymeSyfu, DIGIT and the Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Manila.
Eugene has an impressive above the line (ATL) experience and one of the few successful Filipino "hybrid" creatives with expertise on both ATL and digital platforms.
In 2011, he got The Hall of Fame award from The Creative Guild of the Philippines. He was also ranked #1 Executive Creative Director in the Philippines according to The Big Won 2014 creative ranking and constantly included in the Hottest Creatives in Asia ranking by Campaign Brief Asia.
Eugene is instrumental in driving DM9JaymeSyfu in becoming “Most Creative Agency in the Philippines” in just 4 years of its operation as ranked by Campaign Brief Asia. The agency recently got a back-to-back win as Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year for 2012 and 2013.
He has won impressive number of awards already from different regional and international shows including Philippines’ first-ever Cannes Grand Prix and first-ever D&AD Yellow Pencil for Smart TXTBKS campaign aside from numerous Grand Prix, Best of Show, Grand Prize, Gold, Silver and Bronze from Clio, New York Festivals, London International Awards, One Show, ANDY Awards, AWARD, Epica, Adstars, The Work, Webby Awards, Digital Asia Festivals, AME, AMES and acceptances from Luerzers Archive, Communication Arts and The WORK.
He has judged in different Philippine advertising competitions and international competitions including Adfest, Spikes, New York Festivals, ADSTARS and Digital Asia Festivals.
Eugene has more than 20 years of proven creative excellence and leadership, having worked across some of the world's biggest brands, including Nestle, Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Del Monte, Schering & Plough, Toyota, Mead Johnson, Johnson & Johnson, Fonterra, Samsung and other local major brands like Jollibee, Smart, PLDT, Ayala and San Miguel.
Coming off a short stint as head creative in Smart Communication’s mobile content group and a prolific 5 years at McCann-Erickson (where she penned a New York Festivals Finalist, a local TV Campaign of the Year in 2004 and a Best TV copy honor for Coca-Cola), Rizzo came full circle in 2005.
Not just by coming back to Grey, her first-ever agency, but in handling a brand she launched as a young copywriter. Today she is the creative lead for regional P&G brand Downy, which has expanded to 5 markets beyond Philippines.
While Downy is her main squeeze, there is plenty of creative juice for other top clients like Rockwell Land and Pantene. Producing a recent body of work that the latest Downy Campaign refresh, and the inspiring gone-viral video of Pantene Philippines’ first transgender ambassador, Kevin Balot.

Meldy Warren has made a career out of building relationships. She began by servicing clients at Advertising & Marketing Associates, Inc, growing major Nestle Accounts for three years.
She followed this up by spending the next 12 years at Campaigns & Grey, trusted by her clients to lead accounts like Gatorade, Sara Lee, Bankard, and P&G’s Downy and Joy. Her work during this time helped to expand and establish these brands as the household names they are today. In fact, it was under her strong-willed guidance that Joy Philippines received not only the first General Manager’s Award from P&G, but also a Guinness World Record!
Her brief stints at FCB Malaysia and Saatchi & Saatchi Malaysia as the director for client services gave her experience in overseeing regional work for groups such as CIMB Malaysia, Beirsdorf, S.C. Johnson, and Pampers.
Today, she finds herself back at Campaigns & Grey as Senior Vice President for Client Services, after managing Neuron, the agency’s second ATL agency that handles local and non-Grey aligned clients including Sun Cellular, Rockwell Land, BDO, Nissin, URC Candies, Emperador Distilleries, and Lamoiyan, among others.
She has since then expanded agency’s portfolio bringing in clients like Shell Global Services, Popeyes’ and Mercury Drug to name a few.
She takes the lead in expanding the agency’s roster of clients, looks after the growth of current clients, oversees training and development of the account servicing team and ensures that clients’ needs are met with the proper resources and talents.
Agnes has over 22 years of local and international Client experience in the fields of Advertising/Marketing, CRM and Digital. Consulting for global and local brands covering the following industries and verticals: FMCG, Finance, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Technology.

Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce major in Marketing Management from De La Salle University.
Ana is Managing Director, since 2016, of Campaigns & Grey PR. In less than a year since joining the firm, she bagged several new multinational accounts for Grey, namely, Tim Hortons (first in Southeast Asia), IKEA, Amway, Brother, and Shell (Global Recruitment). She reacquired the Olay account for the agency and succeeded in gaining PLDT Enterprise as a client. She also bagged the agency’s first international PR award - a Golden World Awards from the International Public Relations Association. In 2017, she was recognized as one of Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40.
Prior to Grey, she was MD of ProSolutions, a public relations agency affiliated with Great Wall Advertising. Among her past accounts were PLDT Public Affairs, Philippine Associated Smelting and Refining Corp. (PASAR), Sterling Bank of Asia, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Dusit Thani Manila and Guess Philippines.
From 2011 to 2014, Ana was one of the senior accounts people for DDB PR where she provided clients with strategic counsel; planned, directed, implemented PR programs and managed PR-related events. She was part of the core team that handled the rebranding campaign for PLDT HOME and launched various products for the PLDT group - Telpad, Fibr, SME. She also led the launch for EastWest bank’s IPO in 2012. In the same year, she brought in 30% of the agency’s revenue target.
From 2009 to 2011 she ran Lantau Dimsum, a start-up business that operated in Alphaland Southgate Mall Makati, where she handled every aspect of the business.
A Theater Arts major from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Ana started her career as a marketing and sales associate for Auto Extreme, a motoring show on RPN-9 (now CNN Philippines). She then moved on to be part of BMW Philippines’ Marketing and Events team.
Outside of corporate life, she is most proud of her advocacy work for breastfeeding. She is one of the co-founders of L.A.T.C.H, a non-profit organization established in 2006.
Sev Maraño is C&G’s finance director, directly reporting to the CEO.
He oversees the overall operations of the finance department – which includes financial planning and analysis, client profitability, financial reporting, management reports and taxation.
Sev started his career as an audit-in charge in one of the top audit firms in the Philippines. For three years, he gained experience in financial reporting, auditing, internal audit and corporate finance. He was exposed to various industries such as manufacturing, real estate, trust funds, and NGOs.
After his stint with an international bank and insurance company, he finally joined Campaigns & Grey, where he would settle and flourish as the company’s Chief Accountant. He helped the company transition from local to a multinational firm in 2012.
Sev took on the mantle of his predecessor in 2018 to help navigate the company’s direction together with the new CEO, John Lucas.
A lover of maps, countries, flags and history, he knew early on that he would be an economist one day. Sev graduated from De La Salle University – Manila with a double degree in BS Applied Economics and BS in Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant since 2004 and a holder of Certified Management Accountant (CMA Australia) in 2011.
Raymond – or Mong, as he is fondly called – leads Campaigns & Grey’s lean and mean Cebu team, which services clients in the Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin). Under Mong’s leadership, C&G Cebu continues to be the only full-service agency and 4As member operating outside of Metro Manila.
Mong has always had a passion for creative communications. With a background in Fine Arts, he started as account manager at C&G over a decade ago. Cascading Grey's global offerings to the VisMin clientele, Mong has helped pave the way for C&G Cebu to have an influential presence in the way advertising is done locally. He stood at the helm of the agency's successful campaigns for some of the Philippines' most notable real estate clients including giants Camella, Cebu Landmasters, Primary Homes, AboitizLand, Alsons Development Corp., and HTLand.
With a go-getter attitude and proven staying power, Mong has also led various widely successful and acclaimed launches for clients such as the Department of Health, Electrolux, AirAsia, BPI, WWF's Earth Hour, Rustan’s, Sheraton, and Prifood Corporation. Today, with his extensive experience in handling and growing C&G's regional clientele, Mong is known as one of the leading brand strategists in the Visayas and Mindanao.
