Sara has been part of the WPP family since 2003. Having started her career in Planning & Strategy with JWT in Pakistan she moved into Account Management in 2005 longing for a more holistic and all-encompassing view of her brands and clients and has never looked back. She made her way to JWT Bangkok, JWT London and to the Middle East with LOWE MENA to handle the Unilever portfolio for the region. She now leads the country agency team in developing work of the highest standards with insights stretching across FMCG, Automobiles, Telco, Confectionery, Fashion, Banking, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Construction and Dairy. Having a keen eye for revenue opportunities, she is driving the Digital agenda hard and exploring new age clients and opportunities. She is ever hungry for a challenge and thrives on getting elbow deep into the work and her clients. Sara pursues her mental health and fitness goals with the same driven energy. She is a certified counsellor in Humanistic Therapy, and a fitness and yoga junkie.

Talha Ehtesham is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He joined the WPP family in 2019 as Head of Finance and Company Secretary for Grey Pakistan. He has more than 15 years of financial experience, and is an expert areas of expertise include Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Operations Management, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Cash Management, Commercial Contracts Negotiations, and Risk Management. He has previously worked at TPL Corp, Avery Dennison Pakistan & Ernst & Young Pakistan in different leadership roles.
Talha’s ability is to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency and bottom-line profit, in developing and implementing financial controls and processes in addition to productivity improvements and change management.
Talha has a keen interest in traveling and reading and enjoys his long morning walks to keep his mind and body ready for daily challenges.
Faiza holds the position of an Executive Creative Director, Islamabad at Grey Pakistan assigned with the role to spearhead innovative and creative ideas and executions for Pakistan’s leading telco brands, PTCL and Ufone 4G. Before joining Grey, Faiza was at the helm of Creative at Core Innovations, IAL Saatchi & Saatchi, Adcom Leo Burnett and was also instrumental in formulating their creative, communication and brand strategies. Through competent, analytical, and insight-based concept and content development skills, she has launched many award-winning ATL , BTL and digital campaigns for Pakistan’s leading brand such as Telenor Pakistan and Jazz- Mobilink. Always in a state of evolution, she remains a woman on a mission- to create and curate great advertising.
