Jorge has experience in the BTL and ATL worlds, brand management, and public relations; therefore, he has helped all the clients of the agency understand the importance of creating integrated strategies and become an advisor and business partner to each one.
Within his experience is the management of Procter & Gamble, Nacional de Chocolates, Alquería, GlaxoSmithKline, Boehringer Ingelheim, Tigo, Banco Santander, Terpel, Sony, Aguardiente Néctar, Ron SantaFe, British American Tobacco, Arroz Diana, El Espectador, Servibanca, Porvenir, Fruco, Noel, Zenú, Alpina, Celumóvil, Intel, Ramo, Alkosto, Philips, Volkswagen, Mazda, Renault, and Mercedes-Benz.
Diego Plazas, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Research, is one of the most brilliant young minds in the agency. First he studied pure physics and then anthropology at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. His curious mind, his vision, and his multifaceted profile allow Diego to be a person who gives the agency innovative knowledge about trends, markets, and consumers, as well as economics, theory, and even argumentation logic.
The knowledge Diego and his team have motivates clients to think about new media applications to generate better, stronger relationships with the consumer. Although he is one of the youngest members of the executive team, Diego is now approaching his seventh year in the planning area in Grey, leading strategic brand planning and designing and implementing market and consumer research—both locally and regionally—for all agency accounts.
Diego has worked in a series of categories with a long list of clients, such as Nutresa, Corona Organization, GM, Mastercard, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Mercedes-Benz, among others.
Alía is a creative producer, full of life, enthusiam, and a faithful admirer of human talent and their abilities; able to detect the creativity and qualities of all the beings that surround it.
Alía is also a social communicator, with an emphasis on audiovisual production, which she studied at Javeriana University. She has studied with major film and television producers such as Walter Navas, Samuel Duque, and Nelson Martinez, among others.
With 17 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Alía began her journey within press of artists, managing the complete book of one of the most important managers in Colombia.
From this point, she jumped into production, beginning from the pure base of field production, managing budgets, negotiations, planning, searching talents, locations, etc.
From there, she quickly became an executive producer working for important national and international projects, such as: commercials, teasers, series, documentaries, digital pieces, screenwriting for television, directing of actors, among others.
In her years as director, she has formed and led production departments: producing, managing and managing important projects for large houses such as: FoxChannels, FoxTelecolombia, NatGeo, FoxLife, History, FoxSports, FX, Homecenter Sodimac, among others.
Vanessa is social communicator who graduated from the Universidad Pontificia Javeriana and has a Master's degree in Direction of Marketing and Business Management from EAE and the Universidad Politécnica of Cataluña, Barcelona, Spain.
She has more than 8 years in the world of advertising, and started at Leo Burnett in the area of accounts, then had her first period in Grey, after a year and always looking to grow and have new opportunities, she decided to travel to Spain. Back in Colombia, she returned to Grey where she had the opportunity to grow professionally and put into practice everything learned, from there she went to Sancho BBDO Colombia, for almost two years, and now she´s back at Grey with the challenge of managing new business.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with regional and national clients in different categories, such as Philip Morris, Helados Popsy, Diageo, Papeles Nacionales, Cotton USA, GSK, Arroz Diana, Uber, Tigo y Éxito.
