Luciana was the General Manager of BuzzFeed Brazil and Vice President of Innovation for Warner Media Latin America. Prior to that, Luciana had a remarkable career in Advertising, from the very beginning at W/Brasil. Moving on and up, she led strategical efforts and teams at F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT, where she was head of the Clients Services area, where she had the opportunity to lead some of the top Fortune 500 brands. Married and mother of two girls, Luciana Rodrigues set as her personal mission to collaborate for the women empowerment in the corporate world, participating in diverse groups that promote the acceleration of women positions of leadership. Luciana is member of the Advisory Board of JA Worldwide and part of the AMCHAM Brazil’s Executive committee.
Joao Caetano Brasil has been working in advertising for over 20 years, in agencies such as Y&R, JWT, TBWA, The Community and Leo Burnett. Before joining Grey, he was a founding member and executive creative director of EnergyBBDO, where he led the agency's 50-plus-strong creative team while working with clients such as Ford, Bayer and Rexona. He has also worked for brands such as Fiat (for which he was creative director for 4 years), Audi, Visa, Bradesco, Schin Beer, Apple, Unilever, Carrefour and P&G. He was named in the 30under30 list by Meio & Mensagem and has won every major award in the industry, including top prizes at Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clios and Brazilian Creative Club. In 2013, he was ranked as the 6th most awarded writer in the world according to Advertising Age's Creativity. One of his campaigns, "My blood is red and black," placed first in the Gunn Report and is part of the permanent collection at MOMA in NY.
Mari Pagano brings with her 14 years of experience as a brand strategist. Over the years, she has been an integral part of the strategy of major brands in Brazil and Latin America, including Devassa, XP Investimento, Volvo and Pantene, as well as other giants in various segments. During her journey, she specialized in strategy from branding to performance, working for agencies such as Lowe Brasil and Sunset DDB, thereby building a unique vision as a strategist. Mari believes in the simplicity of thought, in the depth of data and in the effectiveness of strategy. Throughout her career, in addition to building successful brands, she has won Effie Awards for her main clients. Today, she leads the department of strategy and data at Grey.
Rafael Morettini has a degree in Media Studies from PUC-SP and a Master's in Market Strategies from FGV-SP. He has over 15 years of experience in different areas of communication, such as content production, brand building, influence marketing and partnerships. He started his career as a music journalist at MTV Brasil and worked at Red Bull as digital marketing director for Latin America, participating in projects like Red Bull Stratos and Red Bull Basement. After that period, he decided to venture into the universe of tech companies. He spent some time at Deezer, where he was responsible for marketing operations in Brazil, and then at ByteDance. He was involved in multiple campaigns and partnerships for TikTok since it was launched in Brazil and developed the plans for the brand to enter Colombia and Mexico. He has lived in Shanghai and Jakarta, and is responsible for the development of the global brand and communication guides for the launch of a new product of the company, Resso.
