Marcia entered Grey on 2014. In August of 2015, she took charge of the operation, leading the relationships with the job market, advertising vehicles and clients, besides the account management, planning, media and project teams. On January 2017, she became co-president of the agency. Her career began at Fischer America, in 2001, before arriving at Rapp Brazil, where she worked for eight years, including her time at the office in Barcelona. At the company, she implemented the digital operation at every office in the region for PepsiCo, having integrated the Global Digital center of Excellence for Rapp, representing Latin America, with the objective of establishing a global digital services platform. In 2011, at Wunderman Brazil, she structured and lead the client group of Consumer Goods, such as Danone and P&G.
Two years later, she took on the challenge of implementing the digital culture of every area from Leo Burnett Tailor Made agency and manage great clients like Samsung, Disney, Brazil Kirin and P&G.
Nominated as a “Women to Watch” in 2018, a title which honors professional successful women every year and that certainly has a future promised with realizations.
During her career, she was directly involved in projects that resulted in important prizes. Under her leadership, Grey Brazil accomplished its Grand Prix in Cannes, besides the other 14 lions in 2018 and being nominated as “Agency Of The Year” at Caboré 2018.
Graduated in Social Communications from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), emphasizing in Marketing by the Instituto Europeo di Design (IED), in Milan, Italy and an MBA in Strategic Project Management, at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Marcia Esteves has also reinforced her studies at the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Babson Executive Business Center (Omnicom University, Boston – U.S.A). In 2014, she completed her studies with the Hyper Island Master Class of Digital Acceleration (Brazil).
Invited by CCO Rodrigo Jatene, creative writer from Rio, Adriano Matos arrived at Grey Brasil in March, 2015. Since then, Adriano helped to restructure the creative team of the agency and today he leads, approximately 30 talents. Adriano works for great brands like Gilette, P&G Master Brand, GSK, Volvo, XP Investimentos and Itambé. He actively participated on the conquests on more than 10 new clients for Grey, including Avianca, M. Dias Branco, Doriana, XP Investimentos and ENO, Sonrisal and cataflam, brands from GSK company. Among his main prizes are Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio Awards, LIA, NY Festivals, Wave, Abril and CCSP.
In 2017, as recognition for ascending talents of the Grey group, Adriano was named a Rising Star of Latin America, a nomination given by the main global leaders of the group. This recognition gave Adriano the opportunity to participate in the Contennial celebrations of the group in NYC. During the 20 years of his career, he accumulated/ assembled/ gathered passages through different agencies like Moma, Publicis Brasil, Leo Burnett Tailor Made, Wieden+Kennedy and DM9DDB, where he was part of a team which conquered the Agency of the Year 2009 title at the Cannes Festival. In 2001, Adriano was assigned to delegate at the Young Lions Brasil, a title he is proud to have gained until today.
Born in Santiago, Chile, Marcela Borges came to Brazil at a young age, leading her to graduate in Business administration at PUC-SP. With over 20 years of experience in the financial area, 10 of them being in big agencies such as Ogilvy and Leo Burnett. At the moment, she is studying Marketing at FGV to develop her knowledge even more. Engaged with her family and being mother of two boys, she is a fanatic fan of São Paulo team and of the Green Bay Packers. With her passion for movies, she can be found during the weekends at the best cinema rooms in São Paulo.
Elise Passamani is Greys’ Operations VP. Working for Newcomm Group since 2005, she occupied the position of Human Resources and administration director, in 2009, being responsible for developing and implementing all of the strategies and systems related with Human Resources of the agencies Y&R, Grey Brazil, Wunderman, VML, Red Fuse e Ação, which adds up to approximately 1.000 collaborators, adding to running the administration department of 6 offices of the group. In addition, she has been leading the work related with the with organizing the agency’s culture and the transformation process at Grey Brazil, with a clear purpose and mission: making the world a better place alongside people who chose communication as a profession. The passion for Grey and the wish of migrating to the Front Office, along with the necessity, shown by the agency, of a professional with the focus on people management of the operation, culminated the invitation for Elise to take this role on April, 2007. Graduate of Business administration by the Catholic University of Goiás, with the extension of a diploma from the Karlsruhe university, Germany, in Business Engineering, Elise Passamani has also an MBA in Human Resources from the São Paulo Business School – BSP.
Raquel arrived at the Newcomm Group 12 years ago, when she engaged in the Planning team of Y&R agency. After passing through BBH, she rejoin the group in 2011 to be part of the initial team at New Energy. Among her conquered awards, there are 3 golden Effies and 6 silver ones, which she achieved for many brands like Pantene, P&G Master Brand, Old Spice, Downy and Reclame Aqui. In 2015, she was recognized as a Rising Star, a title offered by the WPP Group to the professional that outshone in account managing P&G. Raquel is a Law graduate, studied Communication in Miami Ad School and has an MBA in Social psychology at the Sociology and Political School of São Paulo. At this moment, she is also a professor of the Planning Bootcamp at Miami Ad School.
Maria Pirajá became a part of the Grey Brazil team in 2015. Since then, as head director of account management team of Pantene’s regional communication, a Master Brand of P&G, she contributes to intensify even more the brands participation in the Latin America market. She has worked for some of the main agencies in the country, such as Santa Clara, NBS, Ogilvy, having worked for big brands such as British American Tobacco, Michelin, GSK and Coca-Cola. Throughout her career, she has also been responsible for important roles on well-known cases in the shopper marketing and brand content areas. Besides her Publicity diploma from PUC-RJ, she is a Tourism graduate by UniverCidade-RJ, with an extension at the Harrow House College and Stirling University in the UK. Maria Pirajá has also got experience with publicity films productions. She began her career at Fulano Films, one of the main production companies known in the Brazilian market, where she acted as an account management and production assistant, working with commercials for Fiat, Coca-Cola, Nova Schin, Cedae, among others.
With a 17 years career, Tachibana is a professor at Groupo de Mídia São Paulo – Digital Media syllabus, specialist in e-commerce. He was elected as the best Online Media professional by the Digitalks award. Tachibana took on roles for FCB, Y&R, Grupo TV1, RAPP, Gradiente e Isobar, working with clients such as Johnson & Johnson, O Boticário, CNA, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Guaraná Antarctica, Casas Bahia, Vivo, Cielo among many others. In addition, he actively participated on the “Speaking Exchange” case for CNA, winner of the Media Grand Prix of the MaxiMídia in 2014.
