Adrian Rossi is Creative Chairman of Grey London.
Previously he spent the last seven years at AMV BBDO London, becoming only the fourth person to take the Executive Creative Director title and oversee the creative department in 2013.
He has been recognized as the Number 1 creative director in the world at the Cannes Lions and the most awarded creative leader in the United Kingdom according to the Big Won.
As a creative Rossi has won every top international creative honor several times over including Cannes Lions, D&AD Yellow Pencils, Clios, New York Festival, BTAA, Creative Circle and Kinsale.
Under his leadership, AMV BBDO became the second most awarded agency in the world at Cannes, with an agency record of three Grand Prix and one Titanium. D&AD named AMV BBDO "UK Creative Agency of the Year" three times.
He began his career as an Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1994, went on to become a Creative Director at BBH for over a decade and joined Glue Isobar, the digital agency in 2010.
Anna joined Grey London as CEO following a four-year tenure leading Grey Group Poland. During that time the agency was catapulted into the "Top 3 Creative Ad Agencies in Poland," based on awards. In addition, it has been named "Most Effective Agency" in the country for the past two years and "Most Innovative Agency," according to the trade press.
Under her leadership, Grey Poland has built a next-generation management team, won significant new business and grown with current clients, achieving a nearly 100 percent retention rate. In 2015, Panczyk was named a "rising star" member of the Top 50 Business Women in Poland. She has served as Vice President of the Polish Association of Marketing Communications and Effie Steering Committee.
Earlier in her career, Panczyk spent seven years as CEO and Chairman of Change Integrated, a leading independent agency which was named one of the "World's Leading Independent Agencies" by Campaign magazine. She began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi Poland, rising to the post of Deputy Managing Director.
Mark Young CFO 6’ 3” South Londoner Mark was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2014 As CFO his responsibilities include Financial / Resource Planning, Client Compensation / Profitability and Internal and External contract and process compliance. Prior to this, his 30-year career in the Marketing Industry has seen him work primarily with network agencies, including 11 years at Carlson Marketing Group, nine years at Wunderman and five years at DraftFCB as the UK CFO/COO. Mark has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting since 1999. He has a passion for all things numbers and for his beloved Charlton Athletic.
