Pedro Jose began his career in marketing managing the local brand Gloria for 2 years. Later on, he worked in Publicistas Asociados for 6 years, where he managed accounts across categories such as Banco de Credito, Pilsen Callao, D'Onofrio, AFP Integra, and more.
He was the Central Marketing Manager for 15 years at El Comercio Group, Peru´s main newspaper, where he led the launch of products such as Trome, Gestion, Publimetro, Peru 21, Ofertop, Urbania, Neoauto, and Aptitus. While there, he also worked in the development of the successful loyalty plan "Club de Suscriptores".
In addition, he’s worked in Havas Peru, where his main achievement was the digitization of the company and the incorporation of the Village concept, allowing global communication services for their clients.
Pedro Jose is an Industrial Engineer who graduated from the Universidad de Lima, with an MBA from the PAD of the Universidad de Piura. He has a Director of the Master of Business Management at the Universidad del Pacífico.
Jose began in career in 1994, having worked with agencies such as Ogilvy, TBWA and Leo Burnett. He went on to win the first ever Cannes Lion for Peru with P&G.
He has vast experience working in agencies outside of Peru. First, he was Leo Burnett's Creative Director in Miami for brands such as Visa, Sony and P&G. He then went on as CCO of Leo Burnett Puerto Rico and Lápiz Chicago for all P&G Hispanic market as well as McDonald's. He’s won international awards such as D&AD, London Festival, FIAP, El Sol and New York Festival.
In 2008, he returned to Peru and founded Circus, a leader agency in the local market, where he was Creative Director until 2013. He went on to co-found CARNE, a smaller agency that after just 4 years of service won the Best In Show at the local IDEAS festival, the Grand Effie Awards and the Grand Effie LATAM with its client Cemento APU.
He is currently the General Creative Director of Circus Grey.
Charlie is a natural surfer.
He studied at the Intituto Peruano de Publicidad (IPP) and started his career in 2005 as a Creative Editor at Ogilvy.
His passion for good ideas quickly led him to work with other big names in the industry like McCann Erickson and Leo Burnett. And in 2014, he went on to became the Executive Creative Director of Circus Grey.
He has been responsible for and the creator of many Famously Effective ideas and his work has been acknowledged and awarded at important festivals such as Cannes, Effie, Apap, Ideas Award, Fiap, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and El Sol de San Sebastián. He has also participated as a jury member in many of these festivals.
Nowadays, he is a member of the distinguished Grey Global Creative Council, composed of ten of the most renowned creative global leaders of the entire Grey network.

Valeria has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Lima and a Communication degree from ESAN - a combination that has enabled her to successfully develop for more than 16 years in the advertising industry.
She began her career with JTW in 2003. After 6 years, she moved on to Circus, working with many different clients. She went on to join Mayo FCB and after 4 years, became a part of Circus Grey as the Director of New Businesses.
She has led projects for local and global clients such as L'bel, Kraft Foods, Bayer, BCP, Prima, Promperu, Unacem, Mead Johnson, Química Suiza, Clorox, SAB Miller, among others. She has successfully participated in bidding processes for the agencies she worked with and obtained different awards such as Grand Effies, Golden Effies and Silver Effies, as well as others from the advertising industry.

Luciana has more than 20 years of experience managing communication strategies and projects for some of the biggest brands in the country.
Her career began in EURO RSCG in 1996; two years later she started at DDB and then moved on to work with SAATCHI & SAATCHI in a successful 7-year stint. During this time, she focused on management, customer service and communications for many local brands in Peru such as Alicorp, Grupo Romero, Backus and Grupo El Comercio, and global brands like Abbott.
In 2008, Luciana had the opportunity to manage a local design studio called Axis Consultores, and during the time explored and developed her passion for strategy, identity and design. This opportunity brought her closer to brands and projects that to this date, give her a new perspective on her career and what she would like to do in the coming years.
In 2010, she joined Circus as an Account Director to manage some of the agency’s core brands. And in 2011, she became the Managing Director of Brandlab, the brand consulting and design studio of Circus Grey.
Brandlab was founded in 2008 at Circus, and today is the leading brand consulting studio in Peru.
