Grey Named One of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2025 by Newsweek
Following recent recognition as a Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplace, Newsweek has honored Grey as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2025. This recognition reflects a commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace where women can thrive.
“Building an inclusive workplace is an ongoing journey,” says Grey Global CEO Laura Maness. “We’ve made meaningful progress, and this recognition fuels our drive to keep moving forward with purpose. We’re proud to be acknowledged for how far we’ve come and remain committed to the work ahead.”
Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group conducted a rigorous evaluation to identify companies championing diversity. Their ranking considers publicly available data, HR professional interviews, and confidential employee surveys, recognizing organizations committed to equitable workplaces and strong leadership.
“Progress toward gender equity continues, and we’re proud to honor companies committed to building inclusive workplaces where women can reach their full potential,” says Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek.
A key step in the journey towards creating a culture where everyone, especially women creatives, feel a true sense of belonging is to develop initiatives like Grey Rising, a newly launched global accelerator designed to propel women creative leaders. The program tackles the underrepresentation of women in senior creative roles by providing mentorship, live feedback sessions, and regionally tailored support.
“Our ‘Famously Effective’ reputation shows what we can achieve when united around a shared purpose,” says Grey Global Chief Creative Officer Gabriel Schmitt. “Grey Rising is about breaking barriers and ensuring more women have the support and opportunities to lead in the creative industry.”
With women holding more than 50% of U.S. executive leadership roles and an employee population comprised of majority women, Grey is committed to ensuring teams reflect the diverse world we create for.
“This honor from Newsweek inspires us to keep pushing forward—because when women rise, we all rise,” Maness added.
