Grey New York channels awful annoyances to promote free entry to natural spaces

Modern life is full of small indignities. Conveniences fail, and there are no backups. On mass transit, hell is other people.
In the latest spot for the National Park Service, Grey New York presents a litany of awful annoyances, the kinds of obstacles that may not ruin a day on their own, but stack, ever so gradually, until they weigh like stones. Loud phone conversations turn public spaces into prisons, and automated customer service doesn’t care if it gets yelled at. Parking drives people to murder, and always will.
