Marco Milesi is President and CEO of Grey Latin America. Marco came to Grey after his Peruvian agency, Circus, was acquired by Grey/WPP in 2013, becoming CEO of Grey Circus for six years. Under his leadership, Circus quadrupled net sales and launched Brand Lab (branding) and Carne (Brand and Ad Consultancy) and transformed Grey Circus into Grey’s biggest office in Latin America. He also worked for P&G Italy; Leo Burnett in Hungary, Russia, Italy, Peru, and Colombia; and Lowe in Spain and Singapore. Prior to becoming CEO of Latam, he was CEO of Grey Mexico, a title he still holds. An avid football player, he uses skills from the sport in his business approach, including Team Building and Leading, Focus on Results, Ability to Score (goals in soccer, NB in advertising) and Winning Big.
Humberto was born in Lima, Peru in 1965. His first job in advertising was as a copywriter at Lintas in 1986.
In 1988 he joined McCann, where he gave his first steps on an international career that took him to many south american countries. He started as a creative director for the Coca-Cola account and ended up as CCO of McCann Colombia. In 1995 he won the first Cannes Lion ever in Colombian advertising (with a TVC for Tesa glue) and put the agency on top of the local creative ranking.
In 1996, he left McCann to start his own shop, Lowe/SSPM, one of the most awarded agencies in Colombia’s history.
In 2003, Humberto was invited to join Lowe Mexico as CCO and head of the Latam Creative Council and won the first 3 silver lions for that agency.
After a 4 year sabbatical in which he worked on digital endevours, he joined FCB in 2012 as Chief Creative Officer of FCB Mayo. He led that agency to become one of the most awarded agencies in the region with 12 Cannes Lions and 5 One Show, among many other awards.
On 2016, he moved back to Mexico as Chief Creative Officer of FCB Mexico and Head of the FCB Creative Council in Latam.
On September 2017 he joined Grey Mexico as CCO. From January 2019 he is also President of the agency.
Polar has been a juror and speaker in Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio Awards, The One Club Creative Week (NY), Dubai Link, Eurobest (Lisbon) and El Ojo (Buenos Aires). In 2013, Business Insider elected him among the top 25 creative professionals in the world, in the 7th position.
He is a professional musician as well, and understands the power of playing different roles within the same ensamble as a great learning for the advertising business.
Coral Arnedo is the General Business Director of Grey Mexico. She started working for Grey in 2016, after a year she became part of the Business team of Marco Milesi and with his support they were able to give a considerable turnaround and customer growth to the agency. Coral started working 16 years ago in BTL in agencies like Circus Marketing, after 6 years Coral worked in agencies like JWT, McCann Ericsson, Commonwealth and Vertice. A constant in her career has been the car industry, managing brands like Chevrolet, Honda, and Volvo, now cars is one of their passions!
Alma Jordán is Head of Strategy of Grey Mexico. She started 15 years ago as a copywriter working in both offline and online worlds. She also worked at Wunderman as creative director and then she stepped into the social media world as Content Strategy Director at Crossmedia (now VML). That was a breaking point in her career because she discovered that strategy was only a different form of creativity. Happily, Grey gave her the opportunity to put her theory into practice. She is passionate about books and reading and puts everything she has ever read to the service of brands that have an engaging history to tell.
Ericka is head of Business Development for Latam. She started in advertising 19 years ago in the account services department for global and local agencies such as Lowe, Leo Burnett, Publicis, Flock Linked by Isobar and TBWA. In 2006 Ericka’s strategic move was bold, and it would be instrumental in preparing her to lead work for large multinational brands and the new business leadership, she moves to DDB Mexico and joins the Strategy & Planning department as a Sr. Planner and later a Planning Director.
Ericka has experience leading brands like CitiBanamex, PlayStation, P&G, Unilever, BAT, Dos Equis, Samsung, Kellogg’s, among others and launched in Mexico HSBC and AT&T.
As a former ballet dancer and theatre actress she knows that show must go on no matter what and for that you need to be passionate, dedicated, be ready to improvise and perform at your best in order to achieve the applause.
