Grey Scores 12 Pencils at D&AD
Grey dominated at the 2025 D&AD Awards, considered by many the world's most prestigious benchmark for commercial creativity, securing an impressive 12 Pencils from 18 Shortlist nominations. This outstanding conversion rate underscores the agency's commitment to delivering Famously Effective work on a global stage.
Powered by Famously Effective Work from Circus Grey Perú and Grey London
Leading the way was Circus Grey Perú, whose campaign “Sightwalks” for Sol Cement / UNACEM turned everyday infrastructure into a life-changing tool for inclusion. Designed to help people with visual impairments safely navigate city streets, the project was honored across an impressive range of categories. It earned three prestigious Yellow Pencils in Graphic Design, Media, and Spatial Design, along with two Graphite Pencils for Innovation in both Direct and Health & Wellbeing. The campaign also picked up three Wood Pencils for its impact in Experiential, Community Activation, and Health Innovation.
Grey London added to the celebration with three Pencils for its “Claustrobar” campaign for AB InBev's Stella Artois. The clever, culturally sharp idea transformed the feeling of social isolation into a conversation-starting creative platform. It was awarded a Graphite Pencil for Poster Campaigns and a Wood Pencil for Poster Adverts.
In total, Grey walked away with three Yellow Pencils, three Graphite Pencils, and six Wood Pencils, which reflects the talent, ambition, and relentless creativity across the agency. These wins speak volumes about Grey’s ability to lead with ideas that not only look beautiful but drive impact and spark conversation.
