Grey Names New U.S. Leadership to Accelerate Growth
Grey has announced a new leadership team for its U.S. studios, naming Agnes Fischer as U.S. CEO and welcoming Samira Ansari as U.S. Chief Creative Officer. The move unites Grey’s New York and Cincinnati studios under one vision to drive growth and opportunity for clients and creative talent nationwide.
Fischer has led Grey New York since January, expanding its client roster with wins including Mary Kay and The Almond Board of California, and delivering an award-winning Super Bowl spot for Angel Soft. Known as a transparent, direct, and strategic leader, her career includes senior roles at BBH USA, Droga5, and Anomaly with work for brands such as P&G, JPMorgan Chase, Google, and The New York Times’ Truth campaign.
Ansari joins from Ogilvy New York, where her creative leadership helped earn the agency No. 3 global ranking at Cannes Lions 2024, Network of the Year, and a Grand Prix for Coca-Cola’s ‘Recycle Me.’ A multi-award-winning creative, her portfolio includes McEnroe vs McEnroe, Courtside with the NBA, a transformative U by Kotex initiative, and bringing Wheat Thins and Pringles to the Super Bowl for the first time.
“Samira represents modern thinking and fearless creativity,” said Fischer. “She leads with ideas that are social at their core and embraces innovation like AI to enable big ideas.”
“I’m thrilled to help create work that’s famously effective and culturally impactful,” said Ansari. “Together, we can do truly great things.”
Fischer and Ansari will align Grey’s client, creative, and strategy functions across the U.S., ensuring clients have seamless access to the agency’s top talent and integrated capabilities from Shopper, UX, and Design to every stage of the consumer journey.
