In just 6 years, 41? 29! became the most awarded and successful digital advertising agency of Turkey. As a result, 41? 29! was acquired by WPP in 2012, pushing the boundaries even more.
Before 41? 29! he founded several agencies which made him the youngest creative director in Turkey at the age of 24. Alemsah’s work on prestigious accounts over the last 15 years has been honored at Cannes Lions, the Clio Awards, Eurobest, Golden Drum, D&AD, Webby awards and many others.
He has served as a jury in Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, New York Festivals and several other local & global award shows.
He is very active in social media with 220k+ followers on twitter, sharing his thoughts on his blog about creative culture and self-development. Alemsah is also a very influential speaker and is sought after by many organizations such as TEDx, and international creativity conferences.
As of May 2015, Alemsah Ozturk became the new CEO of 4129Grey, merging Grey Istanbul Advertising Agency and 41? 29! Digital Advertising agency into a new fully integrated communication agency.
While he isn’t working on creative projects, he tries to finish his next book.
Seren Koroglu started out in advertising at some of the very first digital agencies of Turkey. Before that, he had a brief stint working in film and post-production. Seren, joining the core team of 41?29! in 2007 to found Turkey's first digital marketing agency, created a lot of impactful and award-winning projects for national and international leading brands and clients, including Akbank, Garanti Bank, Aviva, Unilever, Renault, Diageo, Microsoft, Nokia, Teknosa, ING, Turkish Telekom, and many more.
After changing several different professions, including being a teacher and a literary editor, he started his advertising career at Leo Burnett Istanbul and worked for local and global brands like Chevrolet, P&G, Diageo, Allianz and Philip Morris. After his first five years, he joined Grey Istanbul at 2008 and worked for brands like HSBC, Bizim Mutfak, Çamlıca, Ulker and Cola Turka. After that, for a short while, he worked at GroupM and created branded entertainment projects for TVs. Then, he started working at MullenLowe Istanbul as the regional creative director for several Unilever brands in Middle East and North Africa. He finally reunited with 4129Grey in 2018 as the creative director of the agency.
Hidayet is the Head of 4129Grey’s Technology Team. After working as a web developer at the beginning of his career, he spent time on CRM and Call Center development projects for about 4 years. He joined 41? 29! as one of the core members in 2007.
Thanks to his team’s great effort, 41? 29! had become the most successful digital advertising agency of Turkey with countless awarded projects in 6 short years.
His fourth favorite thing on this planet after his beautiful daughter Eda, his family and the 4129Grey team, is playing squash!
Asli is 4129Grey’s Head of Project Management. She started her advertising career as a copywriter at Propaganda, where she worked for 6 months. Right after that brief yet intense experience, she realized that her passion was to use her creative talents in the execution process of projects. Hence, she joined 41? 29! as project manager.
She has been working for 41? 29! since 2011. During these intense 8 years, she has led many successful award-winning projects for big national and international clients such as Unilever, Aviva, Akbank, Garanti Bank, ING, Yandex, Renault, Microsoft, Teknosa, Nokia and more.
She is determined to help 4129Grey get the best out of the agency's brilliant creative ideas with her team and her experience.
Ohh, yes and Pandas! She believes, the only thing that can change her mind about being the Head of Project Management at 4129Grey is a career as a Panda Nannie.
He was born in 1980, studied industrial engineering and worked as an industrial engineer for a year. He couldn’t find what he was looking for and tried different occupations. With a little push of luck, he found his dream job as a planner and started his career in November 2006 at Grey Istanbul as a trainee and worked there for two and a half years. He had the chance to work with brands such as Vodafone, Ülker, HSBC, Advantage, Cola Turka, Allianz, Nike, Samsung, Chevrolet, Nokia.
In May 2009, he started to work in Team Red for Vodafone and worked as a planner for 6 years. In 2015, he became the strategic planning director of Y&R İstanbul. As well as working with clients such as Digiturk, Karaca, Arçelik, AvivaSA, Opel, Opet and many more, he had a chance to work with a team which won Turkey’s first and only Cannes Lions Grand Prix and many Effie awards.
In 2018, he returned back his “home” and became the chief strategy officer in 4129Grey.
Being responsible for running the Digital Communications department at 4129Grey, Kayhan Dural has successfully led the transformation and expansion of the 41? 29! Social Media department since 2010. At the moment, he is co-managing a team of 40 working for 4129Grey’s reputable client portfolio, rendering a variety of digital communication services from Social Media Always-On, Creative Works & Strategy to Digital Analytics to Performance Monitoring.
He is a passionate snowboarder, a former pro-gamer, and a football addict.
Ahmet was joined 41? 29! team as a copywriter in 2011, and worked four years here. Then Ahmet took charge as creative group head in Tribal Worldwide İstanbul, between 2015-2016. During his service Tribal Worldwide won 8 new brands and more than 30 awards. In 2016 he returned to 4129Grey as creative group head, and after 2.5 years he currently takes in charge as creative director. Campaigns bearing Terzioglu's signature, who worked together with more than 60 national and international brands, won awards like Felis, Kristal Apple, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Golden Drum and Eurobest.
