He was Creative Director of Zagreb Be There mobile app – a Tourism&Strategy Award winner (Best Digital), and acted as a jury member of the Euro Effie and Effie Croatia Awards. Nikola studied design at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb.
Siniša Waldinger is Executive Creative Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. He has gained 23 years of experience in marketing and communications. His advertising days originally began at BBDO Zagreb where he started out on his career as a copywriter, but ended up as Executive Creative Director, a shareholder and board member responsible for creative reputation of the agency. His portfolio includes clients and brands such as Karlovačko pivo (Heineken), Croatia Insurance Company, Zagrebačka banka (UniCredit Group), Addiko Bank, Intesa San Paolo Bank, American Express, Pepsi, Wrigley, Croatian Tourist Board, Dr. Oetker, Henkel, Adidas. Siniša is a recipient of numerous professional awards and a jury member of many Croatian and international creative competitions.
Nikola Bubanj joined the Grey Group in 2006. As Chief Executive Officer he oversees all Grey's business activities for the Adriatic and Balkan region.
His focus on dynamic creativity, technology and data overall is coupled with his avid passion for constant business innovation and growth. Nikola always strives to transform businesses and reinvent the consumer journey, which cannot be done without marketing, technology, data and creativity.

Nikola previously occupied the roles of a member of the Grey Group’s CEE Board of Directors, board member of Grey Possible JV for CEE and a regular member of the CEE Executive Committee, WPP CEE.
He originally embarked on his career at a local independent communications agency Pristop in Slovenia back in 1999 as Account Manager.
Damjan Geber is a co-founder and CEO of Brigada, a sister agency of Bruketa&Žinić&Grey, with its headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia. He earned an architecture degree from the University of Zagreb in 2006, and pursued continuing education in Tokyo, Delft, and Tel Aviv. In the span of more than 13 years of professional experience, Damjan has specialized in spatial communication and user experience, as well as in brand and consumer psychology, thus becoming a pioneer of functional retail design in SE Europe. In 2010 he founded Brigada with the aim of adopting an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to tackling architecture and design projects. Together with a team of architects, designers, behavioral psychologists, and retail consultants, Damjan has designed more than 200 stores, offices, and event interiors for major regional and international clients. Under Damjan’s creative and strong leadership, Brigada has become the most award-winning Croatian experiential interior design agency. It was featured as the first Croatian finalist in the most prestigious architecture festival, the World Architecture Festival (WAF-INSIDE), in 2018.
Maša Ivanov is Client Service Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. She has 13 years of experience in advertising, branding and marketing for Croatian and international clients in the industries such as food, beverages, finance, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals and government organizations. She holds a degree in economics. After three years in sales and marketing for TNT Express Delivery Croatia, she worked on marketing projects for major Croatian clients in a consultant company. Since 2007 she has worked for advertising agencies, and currently manages and expands the existing Bruketa & Zinic’s client accounts by developing client strategy, building client relationships and delivering client objectives. Her experience encompasses communication strategy development and implementation, creative processes, media planning and buying, events, PR as well as dissemination and awareness raising campaign analysis and design.
Ivan Kovacevic is Digital Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey – a Digital Shopper Hub for the Grey Group’s global network. He has gained more than 15 years of experience in all things digital. Prior to joining Grey in 2017, he worked as Digital Marketing Director at Agrokor – the largest retail brand in the European Adriatic Region. He first came to Agrokor in 2010 as Head of the New Technologies Department, chiefly focusing on e-commerce, and afterwards he worked for Tisak’s Research and Development Department. His digital marketing career began in the early 2000s when he was exploring e-mail and affiliate marketing whilst working as a journalist for gaming, movie and tech magazines. The intersection of marketing and technology has long been his major area of interest with a special emphasis on user experience, customer journey, e-commerce and location marketing. He obtained an MA in economics from the University of Zagreb. Ivan is a recipient of numerous digital marketing certificates from Google and the Data and Marketing Association
Matija Mandić is Finance Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. Previously she worked for Atlantic Grupa, one of the most successful Croatian companies, where she stayed for five years. Matija was first appointed to be Finance Planning and Analysis Manager in the Investor Relations and Business Development, then promoted to act as Finance Director for Atlantic Brands in Moscow, Head of Controlling for Atlantic Multipower Germany in Hamburg, and finally to the position of Finance Director in one of the distribution units within SDU Zone West. Her career originally began at PricewaterhouseCoopers Croatia, where she worked for five years as an Assurance Associate and Senior Consultant in the Audit and Advisory Department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics majoring in Analysis and Business Planning, and is an ACCA Certified Accountant.
Nina Ivanković is New Business Director / Business Development Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. She started working for Grey in 1999 as an Account Assistant. In 2004 Nina assumed team leadership for local and international clients, first as Account Manager, and then as Account Director. Along the way she has garnered extensive experience managing both local and global clients, practicing and learning from a vast number of highly talented local and international individuals in all fields of advertising. She has managed teams and has had the privilege to be a part of award-winning project teams. Having found her core passion in exploring new possibilities, co-creating communication platforms and seeing the beauty in strategic planning, Nina was promoted to the position of New Business Director in 2014. The same year she joined J. Walter Thompson Adriatic as Business Development Director. Highly trusted by her clients and co-workers, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, Nina has become responsible for client portfolio, development and new business.
Milica Katić is Account Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey in charge of A1 Croatia account. She has garnered 18 years of experience in advertising and marketing communication managing local and international project teams for the Adriatic and Balkan markets. Milica’s account management career spans different industries such as automotive (Opel, Toyota), telecommunications (Telenor), luxury goods (Rolex), FMCG, insurance and banking. She is trained to implement Edward de Bono’s lateral thinking models for constructive problem-solving. Milica previously held advertising positions in the range from Communications Consultant (Y&R Budapest), New Business Director (Buzz Havas Worldwide Belgrade), Account Director (Communis Belgrade), Managing Director (Ashley Worldgroup, Serbia and Montenegro) to Account and Event Manager (New Moment New Ideas Company and Saatchi & Saatchi Balkans). She holds a degree in theatre and radio production specialized in integrated marketing communication from the Faculty of Drama Art in Belgrade.
Valentina Bugarin is Account Director at Bruketa&Žinić&Grey in charge of Heineken Croatia and The Coca-Cola Company accounts, as well as five other brands for the CEE markets. Her responsibilities span project planning, development and execution, the agency’s team leadership, client servicing, budget planning, cost analysis, job profitability and new business. Valentina’s experience encompasses communication strategy, marketing communications, industrial and graphic packaging development, corporate and brand visual identity and online communication platforms. Her previous accounts comprised Zagrebačka Banka (UniCredit Group), Croatia Insurance Company, Pliva (pharmaceuticals), Podravka (food), Croatian Paralympic Committee and others. Valentina’s projects are the recipients of two Bronze Effies, one Silver Effie Award, MIXX Croatia and four IdejaX Croatian National Creativity Awards.
