Nirvik Singh was recently named Chief Operating Officer, Grey Group. He remains the Chairman and CEO of Grey Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA). He began his career with Unilever’s Lipton India and joined as head of Grey Kolkata at age 26. Under his leadership the agency became the city’s second largest, winning Agency of the Year four consecutive times. At 33, as head of Grey Group India, he expanded its reach across the country. Nirvik has spearheaded acquisitions in China, Korea, Thailand, India, Vietnam and UAE. He oversees operations in AMEA and is in charge of the borderless integrated marketing operations of Grey globally. He hosts the Global Asian Achievers session at Spikes Asia annually; has served as juror at Cannes Lions and Global Effies and has received numerous honors including ‘Agency Head of the Year’ and India’s Bharat Nirman Rattan Award. Currently, he is the (non-executive) Chairman of Raymond Apparel and independent director of Shoppers Stop.

A certified Open Water Scuba Diver, Nishant was also an RJ with Radio Mirchi. He has keen interest in Table Tennis, Photography and Music.
Minakshi comes with over 22 years of professional experience in communications and marketing, with hands-on experience in content, strategy, online marketing, and business leadership.
She has worked for over a decade in WPP agencies like GREY Group Dubai, Singapore, Vietnam & Indonesia. She started off her career as a Copywriter in Bangalore and then made the switch to the business side of advertising. She has handled accounts like Nokia, Microsoft, Ford, Dell, Holiday Inn, Louis Philippe, Britannia, Shell, to name a few.
Minakshi has also worked with a well-known multinational IT company where she was a part of the management team that helped set up the first in-house agency.
Suvikrant’s overall experience of more than 15 years in the service industry, Suvikrant has been in the communications management business for over 10 years. He has an avid interest in technology/product innovations in auto sector, mobile phones, computers and alcohol industry.
Having started his advertising career with Publicis India, he moved on to Rediffusion Y&R, Publicis Capital and J. Walter Thompson Uganda. He has handled accounts like Vodafone, Hewlett Packard, Heineken, Mahindra, Beam Global, Futures Group, HDFC,Bacardi Martini, Xerox, Olivia Travel, Basco Paints, to name a few.
Patrick, or “Pat” to most of his friends, is a results-driven creative who takes pride in being one the Philippines’ youngest creative leaders.
Prior to making his big move to Jakarta, he was the ECD at DDB MNL. In his eight years with DDB, Pat helped the agency rise to where it is now – a consistent top-5 finisher in local agency rankings with significant wins from global and regional shows such as AME, One Show, Spikes, AdFest and Ad Stars.
Beyond his 9-5 as an advertising creative, he also takes on other job titles and responsibilities -- Husband to his wife Kate, father to his son Xander, and slave to his fluffy cats (Butter & Cheese).
Ali oversees financial operations of Grey Group Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, including mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, client compensation and profitability, client contract management and compliance, budget development and resource planning.
Ali brings with him 17 years of experience and leadership in finance and operations. He began his career at Young and Rubicam where he held various financial positions in Sudler & Hennessey and Y&R Advertising. He left in 2005 as Global Account Finance Director for Young and Rubicam Brands. He spent nine years at Publicis in various leadership roles culminating in the appointment as USA CFO for Publicis Worldwide. Earlier at Publicis, Ali set up the Global Client Finance function, managing the top 20 client relationships.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Ali now calls Singapore home, after stints in London, San Francisco and New York.
British-born Huma grew up in London, England and attended the University of Southampton. After graduating with a Bachelors in Economics (BSc HONS) and spending a year at the Sorbonne, Paris, Huma joined Citibank as a money market trader. She later moved to Deutsche Bank in a regional role before eventually forming her own company - an online e-commerce and logistics platform for consumers to purchase and ship to Singapore.
Huma has been PR Director for several brands including a Singapore based jewellery company, a designer fashion label and a French luxury furniture brand. She has successfully organized a host of events and brand launches. Her clientele have been regularly featured in society magazines (Tatler, Prestige, Harper’s Bazaar) as well as in the regional press (The Straits Times, The Business Times, South China Morning Post), and broadcast channels (BBC, CNN).
Huma joined Grey Group in 2016 and plays an integral part in the profiling of Grey Group in Asia Pacific, Middle East, & Africa, as well as handling the region’s corporate communications. Passionate about corporate social responsibility, she also handles the PR for Grey's philanthropic campaigns.
She has been living in Asia for almost twenty years and home has included Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. Married with two kids, Huma enjoys travelling, watching movies, being a spectator at sporting events and winning at cards!

Rumki brings over 18 years of experience in talent management, HR and recruitment across industries such as technology, banking and global staffing.
Prior to Grey, she was head of human resources at an internet start-up, Attano Media and Education. Under her leadership, the company grew to a strength of more than 300 in a two years’ time frame. Prior to Attano, Rumki was with the Deutsche Bank subsidiary, DBOI Global Services as VP HR, managing a headcount of over 2000 across multiple centres. In DBOI she ran several projects - of significance being a global project on On-boarding & Induction that impacted over 14,000 staff, across US, UK, India and Philippines. Her earlier experiences were with global staffing firm, Manpower Global Services, where she played a key role in the joint venture formation and post JV integration between Manpower and ABC Consultants, and subsequently became head of human resources.
Rumki graduated with a degree in Economics and a MBA from Calcutta University. An art enthusiast and avid traveller, she has spent a considerable amount of time as a volunteer with the not-for-profit organization, CanKids.
Adam O’Conor is Chairman and CEO of Grey Group Greater China. Called a “champion of creative ideas” by his peers, he served as President, Ogilvy & Mather Group, Asia Pacific, Hong Kong, where he led the Global Brand Management Team overseeing a who's who of more than 20 multinational brands in the region. Earlier, he led Ogilvy Hong Kong to new heights of creative and business success. A key architect of the Ogilvy network in Asia over the past two decades, he has demonstrated vision, creativity, and dynamism in building brands across all communications channels and has an unparalleled grasp of what clients are looking for in a future-facing marketing partner.
Desmond began his advertising career after his graduation from University of Hong Kong with a psychology degree in 1995. During his time with a few multinational agencies in HK, including TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, and Publicis, he worked on a wide range of blue-chip accounts with APAC and Greater China exposure in IMC, from automobile, banking & finance, FMCG, and IT, to properties, e.g., Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, AXA, Vitasoy, SmarTone-Vodafone, Canon, Lexus, Nissan, Sun Hung Kai Properties, etc.
He joined Grey in 2007 and was the Managing Partner/General Manager of Grey HK for six years. Under his leadership, Grey proved its creative excellence and marketing effectiveness through various industry recognitions like Effie Awards and Cannes. At agency level, Grey HK was awarded 2013 Greater China Creative Agency of the Year by Campaign Asia. He also actively contributed to the industry by serving as the co-chairman of the 2013 HK Effie Awards.
Since 2015, Desmond has expanded his role to Greater China, responsible for new business development and cultivating growth of key accounts by integrating service offerings across agency networks.
